NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that on March 17, 2026 at 10:30 AM (Prevailing time), electronically sealed bids will be opened and conducted in the electronic platform per N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et seq., on Bid Net Direct at: www.bidnetdirect.com//southrivernj at which time and place, the sealed bids will be opened publicly and read for the following: BID # 26-01 Unidirectional Flushing Program Bids shall be electronically uploaded; no physical bids shall be received, opened, or honored. NOTE: The bidder must ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established will not be accepted, regardless of the delivery method. Submission of Bid: If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not over twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Borough of South River. If bids are to be submitted electronically per this notice, then the bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail PRIOR to bid opening the original to the Municipal Clerk, 48 Washington Street, South River, NJ 08882. The bid bond may also be provided in a certified check or a cashier's check per the provisions within the general requirements of this bid. Contract documents may be obtained from the bid platform.
