TOWNSHIP OF VERNON NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT I certify that the following contract awards were adopted by the Council of the Township of Vernon at their Meeting held on February 9, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Vernon Municipal Center. The Council of the Township of Vernon hereby authorize and approve the award of contract of a Professional Service Contract pursuant to the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. to provide Services in accordance with the below Contracts for Professional Services pursuant to a non-fair and open contract for a period of one year, January 15, 2026 – January 15, 2027 to the following: Alternate Municipal Prosecutor - Steven M. Siegel, Esq. - $3000.00. Copies of the Contracts will be available for inspection and review in the Office of the Township Clerk. Marcy Gianattasio, RMC, CMR Township Clerk 2/27/2026 ($10.85)
