NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF VERNON AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 250, ENTITLED, “FEES AND ESCROWS” OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF VERNON, SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Ordinance #26-04, the title of which is published above, was adopted on second reading after a public hearing was held by the Township Council at their regular meeting held on February 9, 2026 and will be in full force and effect in the Township of Vernon according to law.
