ADDENDUM #1 TO RFP #002-2026 NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL RESPONDENTS The Request for Proposals (RFP) is supplemented/modified as set forth in this Addendum. The original RFP documents remain in full force and effect, except as supplemented/modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the RFP. Respondent shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting its Proposal. 1. SITE VISITS FOR MEASUREMENTS Individual site visits are now permitted for the sole purpose of allowing proposers to take measurements and assess physical site conditions. * No Oral Clarifications: Site staff and project leads are prohibited from answering questions or providing clarifications during these visits. * Scheduling: Visits must be coordinated at least 24 hours in advance by contacting Margaret Maddalena at mmaddalena@njdwsc.com. Kindly complete the attached Access Approval Form and return it to security 24 hours prior to your visit. Addendum No. 1 will be part of the contract documents. A copy of Addendum No. 1 has been sent to all prospective respondents.
