LEGAL NOTICE The original bid documents for the above-referenced Contract #2158 are amended as noted in this Addendum #1. This Addendum shall become part of the bid documents and is to be attached thereto. The item(s) changed to the bid documents are listed below. All other provisions and technical requirements of the bid remain unchanged. ADDENDUM #1 DATE: February 17, 2026 PROJECT: Modernization of Orechio Building Elevator and Maintenance Contract for Four Commission Elevators. SUBJECT: Revisions to Site Visit, Schedule, and Technical Specifications This Addendum is issued to modify or interpret the bidding documents. All bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their formal bid submission. I. ADMINISTRATIVE & SCHEDULE REVISIONS 1. Additional Site Visit: An additional site visit is hereby scheduled for Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. 2. Question Cutoff Date: The deadline for receipt of all requests for information (RFIs) and questions has been extended to Friday, February 20, 2026. 3. Bid Due Date: The deadline for bid submission has been revised to Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. II. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & EXHIBIT REVISIONS 4. Section 14 24 23 Hydraulic Passenger Elevator: * Section 2.11.2.d. Correction: Remove "flooring". Car flooring shall be included in the $25,000 allowance, as stated in Section 2.11.3.g. Flooring. 5.
