THIS MATTER having been opened to the Court, the Honorable Raquel Vallejo, J.S.C., presiding upon Request for Order Permitting Service by Publication filed by Plaintiff, MARIA M. TAVAREZ, PRO SE, and the Court having considered the papers submitted in support of the Plaintiff's requested relief, and for reasons set forth in the attached Statement of Reasons; IT IS on this 13TH DAY OF APRIL 2026 ORDERED: 1. Plaintiff's motion for Substituted Service by Publication is granted. 2. The Plaintiff shall electronically/digitally publish in "NJ.COM", within 30 days of this order.
