White Elementary School; Hillsdale Public Schools; Hillsdale Board of Education; John Does 1-10, and ABC 1-10 TO: The Estate of Howard Schultz FROM: Hillsdale Board of Education You have been sued in Court. The nature of this lawsuit is based on alleged sexual abuse by Howard Schultz who was allegedly serving as a teacher at George G. White Elementary School in 1981 and 1982. The basis for joining the Estate of Howard Schultz is the fact that Howard Schultz, deceased, has been named as an alleged abuser in this lawsuit. Attempts to locate an Estate representative of Howard Schultz, deceased, have been unsuccessful. If you wish to defend the claims and crossclaims, you must enter a written appearance personally or by attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the Court. You are warned that if you fail to do so, the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice for the relief requested by the parties.
