PUBLIC NOTICE HILLSDALE PLANNING BOARD MEETING FOR CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on April 9, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Borough Hall, 380 Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale, New Jersey:whereupon the Planning Board will consider the following application; Name of applicant: Ilona Boehm c/o Kim and Kevin Kretz; Street address of property to which applicant applies 46 Florence Street, Hillsdale, NJ; Block ? 1504; Lot 4 in the R-4 Zoning District; Name of the application and/or relief sought ? 462 sf primarily second floor addition to existing structure converting three-bedroom, two bath structure to a four-bedroom three bath structure. Requesting C1 variance relief of 31.09% impervious coverage where 30% is permitted and requesting C4 variance relief of 38% floor area ratio where 35% is permitted. Applicant shall also seek such other permits, variances, waivers or exceptions which may become evident during the hearing process. When the case is called, you may appear, either in person or by attorney, and present any testimony, which you may have concerning the application.
