TAKE NOTICE that a Formal Ethics Complaint has been filed against you. A copy may be obtained by contacting:

You must contact him immediately to secure a copy of the Complaint. Your Answer must be filed within twenty-one (21) days after the date of publication of this notice. If you fail to answer, pursuant to R. 1:204(f)(1), your failure will be deemed an admission of the Complaint. No further hearing shall be held and the matter will be certified directly to the Disciplinary Review Board for imposition of sanction.
