ORDER
Defendant SANTIAGO PENA RAMIREZ shall file with the Court and serve the Plaintiff, MARICRUZ HERRERA, 2649 East Hurley Pond Rd, Wall, New Jersey 07719, either a written appearance in accordance with R. 5:4-3(a) or an Answer to the Complaint within twenty (20) days after the last day of publication in the Asbury Park Press; if Defendant fails to Answer or file a written appearance in accordance with R. 5:4-3(a), a judgment by default may be rendered against Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint; and, further, if Defendant is unable to obtain an attorney he may contact the Lawyer Referral Service of the County of Monmouth by calling (732) 431-5544; and further, if Defendant cannot afford an attorney, he may communicate with the Legal Services Office of the County of Monmouth by calling (732) 556-8268; and, further, that Defendant shall promptly file the Answer or written appearance and proof of service thereof in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Freehold, NJ 07728 in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
