PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF WALL ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. workshop meeting and immediately thereafter, the public meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Township of Wall, Municipal Meeting Room, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey 07719, or at such time as the Zoning Board may thereafter adjourn, the Applicants, PATRICK GAGLIANO and MARIA GAGLIANO, will seek variance approval from the Wall Township Zoning Board for the front yard fence portion which exceeds four (4') feet. The height of the fence exceeding the four (4') feet maximum is six (6”) inches for a length of approximately two (2') feet. The remainder of the fence (approximately 78 feet) is conforming, The property is presently designated on the Tax Map of the Township of Wall as BLOCK 880, LOTS 18, 18.01 and is located in the R-30 Zone. The Applicants seek the following variances from the Township of Wall Land Use Development Regulations: Maximum fence height In Front Yard: Fence height is 6 inches above the 4 foot maximum for a distance of approximately two (2') feet of the 80 feet length of the fence in the front yard. In addition, the Applicants seek any and all variances, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approve the Application as proposed and may be modified at the hearing. A copy of the Application has been filed in the Office of the Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey 07719.
