Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority Industrial Pretreatment Program PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) General Pretreatment Regulations for New and Existing Sources of Pollution (40CFR Part 403), the following is a list of Industrial Users of the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority who were in significant noncompliance with applicable pretreatment requirements during the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2025, as defined in 40 CFR 403.8 (f) (2) (viii). SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIERS Saker ShopRites, Inc. 10 Centerville Road Holmdel, NJ 07733 Questions regarding the BRSA's annual list of significant non compliers or the BRSA's Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) should be directed to Mr. Chad Sprague, Superintendent, at (732) 739-1095 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. 2/12/2026 ($19.80)
