BOROUGH OF BRIELLE NOTICE OF DECISION PLANNING/ZONING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 17, 2026, the Planning/Zoning Board of the Borough of Brielle, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, adopted a Resolution granting approval to the Applicants, CARL VOORHEES and CARYL VOORHEES, on property known as BLOCK 55.01, LOT 10 on the tax map of the Borough of Brielle for bulk variances and approval to remove the existing first floor sunroom and paver patio (east side) and construct a 2 story front addition (east side), a rear second story infill addition (north side) and a new paver patio (east side) and related site improvements. A copy of the Resolution has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Planning/Zoning Board, Borough of Brielle, New Jersey and is available for inspection during regular business hours.
