NOTICE OF CAFRA PERMIT APPLICATION Take Notice that a Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) permit application is being submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Division of Land Use Regulation, for a development permit as described below: Applicant: Michael & Lucia Mozeika APPLICANT MAILING ADDRESS: 2601 River Road, Wall, NJ 08736 PROJECT NAME: 1104 Shore Drive, Brielle, NJ 08730 Project Description: CAFRA Individual Permit for authorization of a bulkhead, shed, pool and retaining wall at a single family home PROJECT STREET ADDRESS: 1104 Shore Drive, Brielle, NJ 08730 Block & Lot: Block 107.01, Lot 7 Municipality / County: Borough of Brielle, Monmouth County A complete copy of the individual CAFRA permit application is available to be reviewed at either the municipal clerk's office or by appointment at the Department's Trenton Office.
