Manchester Water Tank ASR Filing LEGAL NOTICE: PUBLIC NOTICE: The Township of Manchester is proposing to add public safety antennae to their existing 205-foot-high water tank facility with Dual-red and medium intensity lighting located at the corner of Wilbur Ave and Harriet Ave, Manchester Township, NJ 08759, 40-01-25.54 N, 074-15-45.97 W. The addition of the licensed frequencies requires an Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) filing for this water tank facility that was constructed in May 2021. ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS ? Public comments regarding potential environmental effects may be filed as an Environmental Request through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) online pleading system within 30-days from the date of the FCC national notice. Instructions are available at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest for submitting Environmental Requests online. Environmental Requests must include the Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) filing Number A1377572.
