TOWNSHIP OF MANCHESTER NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of Manchester Township for a variance from the terms of the Articles and Sections of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit JEFFREY R. JERMAN to erect a single family dwelling on an undersized lot having an area of 7,500 square feet where the zoning requires an area of 10,000 square feet, frontage of 75 feet where 100 feet is required, lot width of 75 feet where 100 feet is required, improvable lot area of 2,600 square feet where 5,800 square feet is required. Applicant is requesting waivers for curb and sidewalk. Applicant further seeks such other variances and/or waivers that the Board may require. LOCATION: 1501 Champlain Street, Block 1.298 Lot 27.01, Manchester Township, NJ.
