Professional Services - Notice of Contract Increase
The Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority has previously awarded a contract for professional services without publicly advertising for bids pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, utilizing the professional services exception to public bidding set forth in N.J.S.A 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i).
The Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority has decided that additional services are needed resulting in an increase to the original award. The Contract and Resolution authorizing the same, are on file and available for public inspection at 433 John F.
