CLINTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2026 WHEREAS, the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-9, provides that the Board shall schedule regular meetings not less than once per month. WHEREAS, the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-18, provides that at least once each year, within 7 days following the Board's annual reorganization meeting, or if there be no such reorganization meeting then by January 10th of that year, the Board shall post and mail to the Township official newspaper and a newspaper of general circulation notice of the dates for its regularly scheduled meetings for the year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Clinton Township Planning Board on January 5, 2026, as follows: 1. All regular meetings, unless otherwise indicated, shall be held on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers located on the third floor of the Public Safety Building, located at 1370 Route 31 North, Annandale, NJ. 2. The dates of the Board's 2026 regular meetings are as follows: January 5, 2026 at 8:00 P.M.
