Clinton Township PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13, the Clinton Township Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing on March 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM, in the Clinton Township Public Safety Building, 3rd Floor Council Chambers, 1370 Route 31 North, Annandale, New Jersey, 08801, for the purposes of considering adoption of the 2026 Amendment to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Clinton Township Master Plan. The Planning Board will hear testimony from its planning expert and allow cross examination and testimony and evidence by interested persons regarding same. Following the public hearing, the Planning Board may take action by amending and/or adopting the 2026 Amendment to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Clinton Township Master Plan. The 2026 Amendment to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Clinton Township Master Plan will be available for public inspection at the Municipal Building, 1225 Route 31 South, Lebanon, New Jersey 08833, Monday through Friday, 8:30 PM-3:00 PM, and on the Clinton Township Planning Board website at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing.
