RESOLUTION 2026-6 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE PLAINFIELD AREA REGIONAL SEWERAGE AUTHORITY AND PROVIDING NOTICE THEREOF BE IT RESOLVED by the Plainfield Aea Regional Sewerage Authority (the “Authority”) that the following matters are hereby determined in accordance with the provisions of New Jersey's Open Public Meetings Act: 1. The regular meetings of the Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority is to be held during the period from February 5, 2026 through February 4, 2027 are to be held at the Authority's offices located at 200 Clay Avenue, Middlesex, New Jersey at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings on the dates set forth below: March 5, 2026 July 2, 2026 (if needed) November 5, 2026 April 2, 2026 August 6, 2026 (if needed) December 3, 2026 May 7, 2026 September 3, 2026 January 7, 2027 June 4, 2026 October 1, 2026 February 4, 2024 2. The Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Risk Management Consultant's Agreement and to cause a brief notice of the adoption of this Resolution to be published in the Courier News as required by N.J.S.A. 40Ad:11-5(1)(a)(ii). 3.
