RESOLUTION 2026-6 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE PLAINFIELD AREA REGIONAL SEWERAGE AUTHORITY AND PROVIDING NOTICE THEREOF BE IT RESOLVED by the Plainfield Aea Regional Sewerage Authority (the “Authority”) that the following matters are hereby determined in accordance with the provisions of New Jersey's Open Public Meetings Act: 1. The regular meetings of the Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority is to be held during the period from February 5, 2026 through February 4, 2027 are to be held at the Authority's offices located at 200 Clay Avenue, Middlesex, New Jersey at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings on the dates set forth below: March 5, 2026 July 2, 2026 (if needed) November 5, 2026 April 2, 2026 August 6, 2026 (if needed) December 3, 2026 May 7, 2026 September 3, 2026 January 7, 2027 June 4, 2026 October 1, 2026 February 4, 2027 (Reorg.) 2. The Courier News, as the official newspaper of the Authority, and the Star Ledger, as the alternative newspaper having the greatest likelihood of informing the public within the Authority's service area, are hereby designated as the newspapers that are to receive notice of meetings and when required by the Open public Meetings Act. 3. A certified copy of this resolution shall, within seven (7) days of its adoption, be posted and be provided by the Recording Secretary to the newspapers identified above, and provided to the Clerks of the following municipalities served by he Authority: Township of Bridgewater Borough o Dunellen Borough of Fanwood Township of Green Brook Borough of North Plainfield City of Plainfield Township of Scotch Plains Borough of South Plainfield Borough of Watchung 4.
