SOUTH JERSEY PORT CORPORATION REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR SJPC RFB 26-85 HVAC SYSTEMS INSPECTIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIRS AT BALZANO AND BROADWAY MARINE TERMINALS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for HVAC SYSTEMS INSPECTIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIRS AT BALZANO AND BROADWAY MARINE TERMINALS will be received by the SJPC. Three (3) original sealed copies of each firm's bid shall be submitted to Perry Bicher, Acting Purchasing Agent, at the SJPC offices located in the Ferry Terminal Building, 2 Aquarium Loop Drive, Suite 100, Camden, NJ 08103, by Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET, at which time the sealed bids will be opened and recorded. Please note that a Preproposal Site Visit will not be conducted for this solicitation. Questions regarding this RFB must be submitted to Perry Bicher, Acting Purchasing Agent, via e-mail at purchasing@southjerseyport.com by 5:00pm on Friday, March 6th 2026.
