Request for Bid General Contractor - Joseph's House of Camden NOTICE TO BIDDERS Joseph's House, located at 555 Atlantic Avenue, Camden, New Jersey, solicits sealed bids for a General Construction Contract for the following project to be completed in theSpring of 2026: Joseph's House HUB Reconfiguration Sealed bids for the projects, addressed to Kevin Moran must be clearly marked on the outside with bidder's name and name of project bid, and are due at Joseph's House, 555 Atlantic Avenue, Camden, NJ by 2:00 pm on February 20, 2026. Faxed bids will not be accepted. PDF bid documents for all of the projects will be available for email distribution on January 6 at Blackney Hayes Architects, 1100 Ludlow Street, Suite 302, Philadelphia, PA 19107, from Kileen Collier (kcollier@blackneyhayes.com) or (215) 829-0922, extension 100. All substitution requests must be submitted to the Owner\Architect at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to jtownsend@blackneyhayes.com. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk Through will be held at 2:00 pm at Joseph's House by request. Please reach out to Kevin Moran at km@jhoc.org. Meet at the main front entrance.
