Request for Bids HVAC - Joseph's House of Camden NOTICE TO BIDDERS Joseph's House, located at 555 Atlantic Avenue, Camden, New Jersey, solicits sealed bids for a HVAC Construction Contract for the following project to be completed in the Spring of 2026: Joseph's House HUB Reconfiguration Sealed bids for the projects, addressed to Kevin Moran must be clearly marked on the outside with bidder's name and name of project bid, and are due at Joseph's House, 555 Atlantic Avenue, Camden, NJ by 2:00 pm on February 20, 2026. Faxed bids will not be accepted. PDF bid documents for all of the projects will be available for email distribution on February 5, 2026 at Blackney Hayes Architects, 1100 Ludlow Street, Suite 302, Philadelphia, PA 19107, from Kileen Collier (kcollier@blackneyhayes.com) or (215) 829-0922, extension 100. All substitution requests must be submitted to the Owner\Architect at least five (5) days prior to receipt of bids via email to jtownsend@blackneyhayes.com.
