The purpose of this hearing is to consider the appeal or application of the undersigned. This application is for a Bulk "C" VARIANCE(s) On premises Block: 10104, Lot: 13, on the Gloucester Township Tax Map, located in the R3 Zone, address is 15 ANTIETAM DRIVE. Current Use: Single Family Home Proposed Use : In the Residential-3 District, the maximum lot coverage is 40%. The proposed 10'x16' (160-sq-ft) storage shed will bring the lot coverage to 81%.
