TOWNSHIP OF GLOUCESTER ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of February, 2026 at 7:00 PM, a public hearing will be held before the Gloucester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Gloucester Township Municipal Building at1261 Chews Landing Road at Hider Lane, Blackwood, NJ 08012. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the appeal or application of the undersigned. This application is for a Bulk "C" VARIANCE(s) On premises Block: 10302, Lot: 6, on the Gloucester Township Tax Map, located in the R3 Zone, address is 322 Crestview Avenue. Current Use: Single Family Home Proposed Use : Applicant proposed cut in curb to create a new 35'x9.6' second driveway along left side of dwelling (Walling Ave.) locate approximately 41' from front property line and approximately 262' from rear property line as per survey submitted. Drawings are on file at the Municipal Building located at 1261 Chews Landing Road at Hider Lane, Blackwood, NJ 08012 in the Office of Community Development and Planning, and are available for inspection Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
