Public Notice Notice of Final Ordinance Adoption Ordinance# 2026-01 ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HACKETTSTOWN TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14) NOTICE: The above ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at the meeting of the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Hackettstown in the County of Warren held on January 8, 2026 and after posting and publication, according to law, was again read, further considered for final passage, and finally adopted at a public hearing held by the Town Council at 7:00pm, on February 1 2, 2026, at the Municipal Building, 215 W.
