TOWN OF HACKETTSTOWN LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING TAKE NOTICE THAT the Land Use Board of the Town of Hackettstown (“Board”) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, located at 215 W. Stiger Street, Hackettstown, New Jersey, to consider the application filed by Advanced Cardiology, LLC (“Applicant”) for property designated as Block 45, Lot 3 on the Tax Map of the Town of Hackettstown, and commonly known as 687 Willow Grove Street within the Town of Hackettstown's (“Town”) HF Health Facilities District (“Property”). The Property contains approximately 130,679 square feet (three acres) and is developed with an approximate 15,450 square foot medical office building and 64 parking spaces. The Applicant currently seeks amended Minor Site Plan approval to add 75 parking spaces to the Property's current parking lot, for a total of 139 parking spaces (“Application”). As part of the Application, the Applicant will seek a bulk variance, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), or a design exception pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-51(b) as follows: §503D of the Town of Hackettstown Land Development Ordinance (“Code”). The Application seeks to construct a retaining wall with a fence near the Property's southern border. This section of the Code restricts wall or fence height to four feet (4') in the front yard and six feet (6') in the side and rear yards. The Application proposes a partially submerged retaining wall, of at least four feet (4'), with a four foot (4') tall fence situated on top of the retaining wall. §508F.2 of the Code. The Application proposes an aisle width of 22 feet in certain locations and a minimum aisle width of 24 feet is required. The Applicant will additionally request such further relief, variances, waivers, or design exceptions as may be necessary or required, so as to permit the development and use of the Property as proposed by the Applicant. The application forms and supporting documents are on file in the Clerk's office, 215 W. Stiger Street, Hackettstown, New Jersey, and may be inspected on any workday during business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any interested party may appear at the hearing and present any objections to granting the relief requested.
