NOTICE OF DECISION ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 11, 2025, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Mendham (the “Zoning Board”) held a hearing on the application of Eric and Grace Daley (the “Applicant”), which, as amended, requested, in part, variance relief (the “Application”) with respect to the property located at 23 Schoolhouse Lane, Mendham Township, and designated as Block 125, Lot 11 (the “Property”) on the Tax Maps of the Township of Mendham. On December 11, 2025, the Zoning Board granted the Applicant's request for variance relief from §21-6.4(d) of the Township Code, which provides that “[n]o accessory structure shall be located closer to a street than the principal building” to permit the following: (i) the construction of an approximately 24' x 24' shed to be located between the principal structure and Schoolhouse Lane, and (ii) to permit an existing shed to remain on the Property in an area between the principal structure and Schoolhouse Lane (collectively, the “Approval”). On February 12, 2026, the Zoning Board adopted a resolution to memorialize the Approval (the “Resolution”).
