At the 1/27/2026 meeting the governing body of the West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School District approved the rates for services identified below. The award resolution is available for public inspection at 321 Village Rd East, West Windsor NJ 08550 during the hours of Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Professional Services Special Services 6. Approve the rates for the following professional services: a) Brett DiNovi & Associates, LLC.; Behavior Consultation provided not to exceed $135 per HR and up to $175,000 through June 30, 2026. b) Clare Fannon, not to exceed $90/HR for 1 student, $100/hr for 2 or more (includes setup, prep, and daily documentation), $450/evaluation, home based services $100/HR and up to $10,000 through June 30, 2026. c) Kristin Patterson-Maas, Part-Time/Short-Term Speech Services; not to exceed $450/per Speech & Language Evaluations (Articulation only); $550 Language Evaluation (Expressive & Receptive only); $550 Fluency only Evaluation; $750 Any 2 Evaluation areas (Articulation, Language, Fluency); $950 All 3 Evaluation areas (Articulation, Language, Fluency); $150 addtl for Pragmatics to be added to any of the above evaluations; $95/hr (2 hr min) for Daily Speech Therapy Svc (incl. providing therapy, attending meetings, paperwork, etc); $125/per CST mtg; $125/per IEP Svcs; $190/hr for Services in Students' Home (Incl.
