Lebanon Township NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-2026 ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING ARTICLE I, ENTITLED "DEVELOPMENT FEE" OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LEBANON CODE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Ordinance No. 04-2026 was introduced and passed on first reading by the Lebanon Township Committee at a regular meeting held on February 11, 2026. Said ordinance will be considered for final adoption on second reading by the Township Committee following a public hearing on March 11, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Township Municipal Building, 530 West Hill Road, Glen Gardner, NJ 08826 at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to comment on this Ordinance during the public hearing.
