TOWN OF NEWTON NOTICE TO BIDDERS ADDENDUM #1 The Town of Newton has issued Addendum #1 in association with the public procurements known as: 26-04 - Pump Equipment Maintenance/ Repair 1. The following language for in-demnification is changed: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of Newton, its Town Manager, Council Members, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers, and the Engineer (collectively, the “Indemnitees”), but only to the extent caused by the negligent acts, er-rors, omissions, recklessness, willful misconduct, or breach of this Agreement by the Contractor, its subcontractors, agents, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by them, in the performance of the Contractor's work under this Agreement. 2. The bid opening has been amended to: March 12, 2026, at 10:00A.M.
