Fairfield Township ESSEX COUNTY NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-5 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 45, ZONING, AS IT RELATES TO THE MULTIFAMILY DWELLING OVERLAY (MDO) ZONE, MIXED USE OVERLAY 1 (MUO-1) ZONE, AND RESIDENTIAL ZONE OVERLAY 1 (RZO-1) ZONE Summary of Ordinance: An Ordinance amending Chapter 45 relating to multifamily dwelling overlay zone, mixed use overlay zone and residential overlay zone NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foregoing ordinance introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the Township Council of Eastampton held on Monday, February 9, 2026. Township Council will consider final reading and adoption at their meeting on Monday, March 9, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004. All interested persons may appear for or against the passage of said Ordinance. Copies of this Ordinance are immediately available at no cost in the office of the Municipal Clerk, 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, NJ until Monday, March 9, 2026, or until further consideration thereafter of this Ordinance, to members of the general public who shall request such copies.
