Laurel, New Jersey 08054, telephone (609) 397-9200, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which NewRez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is a Plaintiff and Cynthia A. Brizzi, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and her or their successors in right, title and interest; Amaya C. Williams, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Cynthia A. Brizzi; Isaiah T. (“Ockee”) Williams, Know Heir are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after February 20, 2026, the date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. Brizzi, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and her or their successors in right, title and interest, have been made a Defendant in the above action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, courtesy, mortgage, deed or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.
 
  You, Amaya C. Williams, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Cynthia A. Brizzi, have been made a Defendant in the above action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, courtesy, mortgage, deed or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.

(“Ockee”) Williams, Know Heir, have been made a Defendant in the above action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, courtesy, mortgage, deed or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.
