The action is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Passaic County, and bears Docket No. F-013145-25. Your Answer must be filed within thirty-five (35) days of February 14, 2025, excluding that date, or if this publication runs after February 14, 2025, within thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of publication, excluding that date. If you fail to file an Answer, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated May 24, 2019 made by to , recorded in the Passaic County Clerk's Office on June 20, 2019 in Book 15569, page 124, and as Instrument No. , which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 74-78 Hammond Avenue , A-2, Passaic, NJ 07055
