PUBLIC NOTICE
The Essex County Board of Elections will conduct a public test of the MAIL-IN AND PROVISIONAL
BALLOT TABULATION SYSTEM that will be used in the MONTCLAIR SPECIAL SCHOOL ELECTION to
be held on MARCH 10, 2026. Testing will be conducted on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 between
1:00pm - 3:00pm at the Hall of Records, 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, in the city of
Newark. This is carried out in accordance with the mandates of the New Jersey Election Law.
