TOWNSHIP OF MAPLEWOOD NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE AND PUBLIC HEARING AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF RIPARIAN CREDITS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORMWATER FACILITIES ON MAPLE TERRACE AND BERKELEY ROAD IN THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLEWOOD "Interpretive Statement" This ordinance will authorize the Township to acquire riparian credits in connection with the construction of stormwater facilities on Maple Terrace and Berkeley Road. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing proposed Ordinance 3184-26 was introduced at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Maplewood, held on February 17, 2026 and that the Township Committee will meet again on March 3, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 574 Valley Street, Maplewood, New Jersey, at which time and place the Township Committee will hold a hearing and proceed to consider the said Ordinance on final reading and final passage.
