TOWNSHIP OF SCOTCH PLAINS NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance was passed on first reading by the Township Council of the Township of Scotch Plains, County of Union, New Jersey on the 10th day of February 2026, and that said Ordinance will be considered for final adoption at a meeting of the said Township Council, on the 10th day of March 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at which time and place a public hearing will be held prior to final passage of said Ordinances and all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the same. Copies of said Ordinance can be obtained from the Township Clerk's Office at any time prior to final adoption at no cost to any member of the general public who requests same.
