PUBLIC NOTICETOWNSHIP OF SCOTCH PLAINSPLANNING BOARDPLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-1, et. seq. commonly known as the Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), on Monday, February 23, 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Scotch Plains, Union County, State of New Jersey, adopted by resolution, endorsing the proposed Ordinances as presented, and recommends to the Township Council of Scotch Plains to take further actions consistent with these findings as required to formalize the passage of the Ordinances to become a part of the Township’s Code, amending the standards for the areas noted according to all applicable laws and process.
