UNION COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING THE INSPECTION OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS BERKELEY HEIGHTS SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION MARCH 10, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Union County Board of Elections will have Mail-In Ballots for the Berkeley Heights Special School Election to be held on March 10, 2026 available for review by authorized challengers only at 271 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07208 on the following dates and times: March 2, 2026 9am 11am March 9, 2026 9am 11am If you wish to review specific ballots, please contact the Union County Board of Elections at 908-527-4123 at least 24 hours prior to the date listed above. Each challenged ballot will require the completion of a challenge form. The hearing on Mail-In Ballot challenges will occur at the Board Meeting on March 10, 2026.
