Take Notice that an application for a Freshwater Wetlands General Permit 4 and a Coastal Zone Management General Permit 11 is being submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Division of Land Resource Protection for the project described below: APPLICANT: ExxonMobil Environmental and Property Solutions (ExxonMobil) c/o Maureen Forlenza 1400 Park Avenue, Building 7 Linden, NJ 07036 PROJECT NAME: IAOC C2 Temporary Access Road Project PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project comprises a temporary dense graded aggregate (DGA) road to allow for remedial site investigations and the collection of soil borings. This DGA road was previously constructed without a full understanding of temporary impacts to environmental features. No permanent changes to topography or land cover are proposed. Once the remedial investigation is concluded, the temporary DGA will be removed, and the temporarily disturbed area will be restored to previously existing condition. The total area of temporary land disturbance for this project is estimated at approximately 0.050 acres.
