NOTICE TO BIDDERS EAST WINDSOR MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY 7 WILTSHIRE DRIVE, EAST WINDSOR, NJ 08520 609-443-6000 WILL ACCEPT BIDS FOR HDPE PIPE, DUCTILE IRON FITTINGS & APPURTENANCES March 2026 September 2026 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the East Windsor Municipal Utilities Authority, at the Authority Administration Building, 7 Wiltshire Drive, East Windsor, New Jersey 08520, Attention of: Richard Brand, Executive Director, until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, on February 27, 2026. Bids may be submitted in person or by mail. The Authority assumes no responsibility for the loss or non-delivery of any bid sent to it prior to the bid opening. At the above time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be accepted after the date and time designated to receive bids. A bid may be withdrawn prior to the time for opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities deviations, or omissions in any or all bids, and to accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Authority.
