R.S. 40:55D, 11 & 12) Date: February 6, 2026, Revised, February 11, 2026 NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on February 25th, 2026 at 7:30 P.M., the Princeton Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a virtual meeting at which a hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Location of premises: 105 Mountain Avenue, Princeton NJ, 08540, Block 6804, Lot(s) 19 & 20, R-2 T Zone Nature of application: The applicants are proposing to construct an addition to an existing dwelling in order to allow for more accessibility for their aging extended family. The proposed improvements include the construction of an entry way, living room area, bedroom suite, bathroom, and laundry room. The combined total square footage of the addition and the existing dwelling will be 3,362sqft. Also included in the proposed improvements are two (2) covered porches, and two (2) new patios outside. The addition will consist of constructing a corridor/main entrance to the dwelling in front of the existing parking area, which is to remain with the improvement of a covered porch, and walkway from the existing driveway to the proposed addition. The proposed porch will shorten the existing non-compliant driveway parking area. The proposed addition will be constructed at ground level, as opposed to the existing 4' elevation of the existing dwelling, to allow for improved accessibility.
