NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held at 7:30 pm, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at a regular meeting of the PRINCETON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. The meeting will take place via electronic means (as described below). Instructions for how to access the meeting are below and will also be posted on the home page of Princeton's website (www.princetonnj.gov) and on the meeting agenda. The subject of the hearing will be the application of Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart ("PASH") (Docket #Z25-702). No construction or development of the site is proposed. The application is for preliminary and final minor subdivision approval to subdivide existing Lot 4.01 to create new proposed lot 4.07 (12.468 acres) which will be the PASH campus and new proposed lot 4.06 (22.881 acres) which is under contract to be sold to non-profit corporation, Woods & Wayside International, Inc. for conservation, environmental education, and passive recreation (including public trails). Eleven (11) bulk variances are requested with the application (3 bulk variances on proposed lot 4.06 to include a building side yard setback and 2 parking side yard setbacks; 8 bulk variances on proposed lot 4.07 to include a lot frontage, front building setback, 2 side building setbacks, 3 parking setbacks and impervious coverage variances). A use variance is requested for continued school use on new lot 4.07. On new lot 4.06, a use variance is requested for conservation, environmental education, and passive recreation. This will include the use of the Manor House for meetings, office space, and a convening center in support of said use. A floor area ratio variance is also requested on new lot 4.07. Waivers have been requested as well. This plan is for the site known as Block 301, Lot 4.01 located at 1128 Great Road, Princeton, New Jersey and is located in the R-A and R-B zoning districts. A copy of this plan and all supporting documents are on file in the office of the Princeton Zoning Board of Adjustment, 400 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey and are available for public inspection through the Princeton website: https://www.princetonnj.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/448 Any objector exhibits shall be provided to the board secretary in PDF format at least two (2) days prior to the hearing date to ensure distribution to the Board and on the municipal website prior to the hearing.
