Change of Legal Notice Publishing Method of LEAP Academy Charter School
Implementation Of Modernized Legal Notice Requirements Pursuant To P.L. 2025, C. 72.
WHEREAS, effective March 1, 2026, the LEAP Academy University Charters School Board of Trustees (the "Board") is mandated to publish all required legal notices, including meeting dates, agendas, bid solicitations, and other official proclamations, on its official Internet website;         
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that effective March 1, 2026, the Board designates its official website at https://www.leapacademycharter.org/parent-engagement-center/public-information/ as the primary platform for all legal notices previously required to be published in local newspapers.
