PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF DISSOLUTION OF NEWARK RENAISSANCE HOUSE, INC.Notice is hereby given, pursuant to N.J.S.A 14A:12-12, that Newark Renaissance House, Inc. ("NRH") ceased operations and was legally dissolved by the State of New Jersey, effective January 26, 2024. All creditors, if any, to whom NRH is indebted and/or who have claims or rights against the NRH, whether liquidated, unliquidated, matured or unmatured, direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, secured or unsecured, must present written proof of their claims to: Sherilyn Pastor McCarter & English, LLP Gateway 4 100 Mulberry Street Newark, New Jersey 07102 The proof of claim should state the amount and details of the claim, and it should include reasonable substantiation. If the amount cannot be specified, the claim should explain why. If the claim is contingent or unliquidated, the proof of claim should so specify.
