Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield ATLANTIC COUNTY, NEW JERSEY Public Notice Notice of Change in Public Notice Procedure in Compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that whenever Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield is required by law or by order or rule of any court to publish or advertise a legal notice, the Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield will publish or advertise the legal notice on the Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield's official Internet website, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72. The complete text of each legal notice may be obtained or viewed by the public on the official Internet website of the Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield https://obpl-nj.org/ Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72, no later than March 1, 2026, the Secretary of State shall establish an Internet webpage on which the hyperlink to the Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield website where public notices can also be found.
