Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield ATLANTIC COUNTY, NEW JERSEY Public Notice Notice of Change in Public Notice Procedure in Compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that whenever Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield is required by law or by order or rule of any court to publish or advertise a legal notice, the Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield will publish or advertise the legal notice on the Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield's official Internet website, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72.
