PUBLIC NOTICE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS COMMERCIAL TWP DISTRICT #1 PORT NORRIS, NEW JERSEY Resolution #2026-3 Designation of Financial Institutions for the year 2026 WHEREAS, the Commissioners are desirous of designating various financial institutions as official financial institutions in which the Commissioners may conduct financial transactions for the 2026 fiscal year. The Fire District must appoint banking institutions, depositories and required signatures for signing of checks as required by the cash management plan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Commercial Township Board of Fire Commissioners District #1 hereby select the following banking institutions and depositories: Oceans First Bank, TD Bank, or Bank of America FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT: two signatures are required for all check disbursements consisting of the Chairman of the Board and the Treasurer. In absent either of these positions, two other fire district commissioners may sign upon completing signature cards with the banking institution where disbursements and deposits are made. C.
