NOTICE TO PUBLIC CITY OF BURLINGTON JOINT LAND USE BOARD Please take Notice that the owner/Applicant, Garden State Homes & Living, LLC has made application for Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision approval to create four (4) lots and requests Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval to construct four (4) unit Townhouses on property known as Block 90, Lots 56 – 60, on the Tax Map of the City of Burlington. The property is located in the R-3 Zone and is commonly known as 93 W Seventh Street, City of Burlington. Although no other approvals are requested at this time, further review of the application by the applicant and City of Burlington Land Use Board and its professionals may reveal the need for other approvals. This notice, therefore, shall serve as notice that applicant will also seek any other variances, approvals or waivers deemed necessary. Any person(s) affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at the meeting that will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall, 525 High Street, Burlington, New Jersey 08016 (use Belmont Street entrance) in Council Chambers.
